Ritmo has been designing welding machines for plastics for over 40 years, built around precision, safety, and traceable welds. Butt Fusion From 1 Inch to 24 Inches
Compact and Basic
The Compact machines are two-clamp bodies built for the trench and tight quarters: Compact 160, Compact 250, Compact 355, and the 24-inch Compact 630. The Basic Easy Life frames add a four-clamp bed and logged welds with PDF reports: Basic 160, Basic 250, and Basic 355.
Delta
The Delta machines are the big-job rigs. The Delta 250 Trailer and Delta 500 Trailer roll on site with GPS traceability and are welding minutes after you park them. The Delta 500 Easy Life and the flagship Delta 630 Easy Life handle mains up to 24 in with logged cycles on every joint.
Beyond Butt Fusion
Socket and Outlet
The R125Q socket welder is where every PPR-RCT crew starts. The Switch 125 handles vertical and on-site socket welds without the fight, and the Prisma UP 125 puts precision saddle outlets on mains up to 24 inches.
Electrofusion
The Elektra S covers fittings to 12 in and the Elektra M reaches 20 in. Barcode-driven, with logged welds and full ISO traceability.
Pipe Cutting
The Top Gear 630 orbital band saw makes square cuts on 10 to 24 in pipe, even oval and thick-walled.
