What it is
The Delta 500 Easy Life is the big-bore member of Ritmo’s Easy Life line: a welded steel frame, four steel clamps, and two hydraulic cylinders with drip-free quick couplings, sized for pressure pipe from 8″ to 18″. When the submittal calls for transmission main or large process pipe, this is the frame that holds it.
The Easy Life gearcase is the control center. It manages the welding cycle so joints come out precise and repeatable, and its internal memory works as a datalogger, with welds exportable as PDF reports. The system is Wi-Fi ready and pairs with the SET & GO PRO app.
The heating plate is Teflon-coated, with an independent verification thermometer for temperature checks. The electric milling cutter carries long-lasting blades, a safety microswitch, and motor overload protection, and the detach device triggers the heating plate release during the exchange phase so plate swaps stay quick and clean.
