What it is
The R125Q is the manual socket welder every fusion crew starts with. It welds HDPE, PP, PPR-RCT, and PVDF pipe and fittings up to 125 mm (4″ IPS), with an aluminum heating plate and an insulated handle, and the whole tool weighs 7 lb. It comes in TE and TFE versions, on 110V or 230V.
Standard equipment includes service wrenches, supports, and bench brackets, so it works clamped to a bench in the shop or freehand in a mechanical room. A painted metal case is available for transport, and the tool goes anywhere a crew goes.
Bushings are where this tool earns its keep. Type A, Type B, and Type AQ bushings are available across the range, along with inch and saddle bushings on request, so tell us your pipe and fitting sizes when you book and the welder ships with the right set.

Power & Generator
The R125Q runs on 110V or 230V. It plugs into wall power, temp power, or any small jobsite generator, and it is a hand tool, not a machine spread, so it will not fight the rest of your cords for capacity. Details are in our power and generator requirements guide.
Materials
The R125Q fuses HDPE and PPR-RCT pipe and fittings, and the catalog rates it for PP and PVDF as well. Tell us the material when you book and we will confirm the bushings for it.
