What it is
The Delta 500 Trailer is the roll-on rig. The whole machine rides a trailer with two steering wheels, so you position it at the joint, weld, and move down the line. The steel clamps open and close with assisted action (a Ritmo patent), the body configures for welding fittings and flange necks between the third and fourth clamp, and a chip collection tray and hydraulic lateral roller make pipe loading and unloading easier.
The Easy Life welding system runs from an intuitive, removable control panel with an automated welding cycle. It saves and recalls 20 custom work parameters and generates up to 4,000 downloadable PDF reports through a USB port, with GPS traceability on board. The machine welds to ISO 21307 high pressure and ASTM F2620.
The milling cutter and heating plate both live on the machine with assisted insertion and removal (Ritmo patents), and the plate wears a thermal covering that protects the operator from burns and the plate from scratches. When the work drops below grade, the machine body lifts off the trailer with a forklift and runs in the ditch from a remote welding kit, available on request.
