What it is
The Compact 355 is Ritmo’s minimalist take on a 12-inch butt fusion machine. The body is just two clamps and detaches easily from the frame, so you can weld on the ground, suspended, or in any of those spots where a full four-clamp frame simply will not fit.
Minimalist does not mean stripped down. The electro-hydraulic gearcase rides in a protective box and keeps fusion pressure precise, including in Dual Pressure mode. The heating plate is Teflon-coated with an independent verification thermometer, the milling cutter runs long-lasting blades with motor overload protection, and SmartLock inserts lock and release without tools.
The Master 250 adapter lets the machine run Basic 250 model inserts, which keeps tooling costs down if you run both sizes. PP-R pipe blades for the cutter are available on request.
