What it is

The Prisma UP 125 puts precise saddle outlets on mains from 63 to 630 mm, up to 24 inches, with outlet sizes from 32 to 125 mm. At 50 lb in standard composition it positions anywhere in 360 degrees around the pipe, and the chain closure with its safety mechanism locks it down tight before the first cut.

Drilling runs off your drill or screwdriver, fixed to the UP 125 through the supplied adapters so the cup saw centers and cuts true every time. Ritmo-design cup saws cover 32 to 125 mm, and the removed coupon stays attached to the cup saw drive instead of dropping inside the main, which matters on live site work.

Standard equipment includes the fixing column with handwheel, a mandrel with fitting gripping claws, drill and screwdriver adapters, a metric pipe marking system for pipe up to 250 mm (630 mm on request), a space bar with antistick protection, and a transport case. The weld itself is made with a manual socket welder and saddle socket, with clear visual control of the weld area the whole way through.

Power

The Prisma UP 125 is drill driven. Drilling runs off your own drill or screwdriver through the supplied adapters, and the weld is made with a manual socket welder, so the only electrical load on site is the socket welder itself. Details are in our power and generator requirements guide.

Materials

The Prisma UP 125 fuses HDPE and PPR-RCT saddle outlets. Tell us the pipe material, main size, and outlet sizes when you book and we will configure the cup saws and sockets for the job.
