What it is

The Elektra M is the bigger of Ritmo’s Elektra processors, with the output to weld couplings and saddles up to 20″ IPS on the 110V version. The workflow is the same one your crew already knows: scan the ISO 13950 barcode on the fitting and the parameters set themselves, or enter welding voltage and time manually from the navigation menu when the job calls for it.

Like the S, the electronics sit inside a high-strength techno polymer shell with Ritmo’s Defender system sealing it to IP 54 against water and dust. At 20.2 lb with cable and laser scanner, it is still a one-hand carry, which is not something you say about most 20-inch-capable processors.

Every weld is logged: ISO 12176-3 operator traceability, ISO 12176-4 fitting and pipe traceability, 8,000 welds in memory, and PDF or CSV reports off the USB port for the inspector. Universal 90-degree connectors (4.0–4.7 mm) hook to the fitting with no adapters. If your work stays at service sizes, the lighter Elektra S covers to 12″ for less.

Power & Generator

The Elektra M runs on 110V or 230V, 50/60 Hz. Off grid power, plan on a 5.5–6 kVA generator; large fittings pull real current, and a starved processor is how welds get rejected. Details are in our power and generator requirements guide.

Materials

The Elektra M welds HDPE electrofusion fittings. Tell us your fitting sizes and coupling brand when you book and we will confirm the processor is matched to the job.
