Rental Terms

The short version of how our rentals work. Your rental agreement is the controlling document.

These are summary terms. Every rental is governed by the written rental agreement you sign at booking, and that agreement controls if anything here differs. Sample content, pending final terms from AHS Fusion Sales and attorney review.

Quotes and reservations

Quotes are valid for 14 days and are based on the machine, tooling, dates, and delivery details you provide. A reservation is confirmed when we accept your signed agreement and any required deposit.

Rental period

The rental period runs from the day the equipment leaves our shop, or is delivered, to the day it is returned or picked up. Daily, weekly, and monthly rates are set out in your quote. If the job runs long, call us; extensions are usually easy when arranged before the return date.

Delivery, pickup, and returns

We deliver to jobsites across the western United States, or you can pick up from our Las Vegas location. You are responsible for a safe, accessible delivery point and for having the machine ready for pickup: complete, reasonably clean, and loaded per our instructions.

Care, operation, and power

You agree to operate the equipment per the manufacturer’s instructions, with qualified operators, and to supply power that meets the specifications we provide before shipment. Damage caused by improper power is the renter’s responsibility, which is exactly why we spec your generator before the machine ships.

Condition, damage, and loss

Every unit is inspected and documented before it ships. You are responsible for the equipment from delivery until return, including loss, theft, and damage beyond normal wear. Report problems immediately; do not attempt repairs without our authorization.

Insurance and deposits

We may require a certificate of insurance naming AHS Fusion Sales, and a deposit, depending on the equipment and rental length. Details are set at booking.

Support

Machine questions during your rental are part of the service. Call (702) 902-2911 and you will reach someone who knows the equipment.
