Who we are

AHS Fusion Sales rents and sells HDPE fusion equipment across the western United States. Our office is at 6000 S. Eastern Ave, Suite 5B, Las Vegas, NV 89119, and you can reach us at (702) 902-2911 or through our contact form.

Information we collect

When you submit our rental request or contact forms, we collect what you type: your name, company, phone number, email address, jobsite location, and the project details you share. We collect this because you sent it to us, and we use it for exactly one purpose: responding to your inquiry, preparing your quote, and coordinating your rental.

Like nearly every website, our server also keeps standard access logs: the IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time of each request. We use these for security monitoring and troubleshooting, and for nothing else.

How your information is stored

Form submissions are delivered to us by email and stored in a database on our web server so we can follow up reliably. The server is maintained with current security updates, access is limited to the people who run this site, and connections are encrypted in transit.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with marketers. We do not run advertising, advertising pixels, or cross-site tracking on this site. We share your details only when it is necessary to serve you, for example giving your delivery address to a freight carrier, or when the law requires it.

Cookies and third-party services

This site does not set marketing or analytics cookies. Two third-party services are involved in showing you the site: our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and our training video pages embed videos through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced player, which does not set tracking cookies unless you play a video. If you play an embedded video, YouTube’s own privacy policy applies to that playback.

Your choices

You can browse this entire site without submitting any information; the phone works as well as the forms. You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (702) 902-2911 or use the contact form and we will take care of it promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted plainly rather than buried.
