Widos builds welding machines for plastic pipe in Germany, and every machine carries more than 50 years of experience, attention to detail, and precision technology. The equipment is built the way you’d expect German machinery to be built: tight tolerances, precise alignment, and controls that do the same thing every time.
That repeatability matters most when the joints have to be right the first time, and when the weld has to happen in a spot no full-size frame can reach.
Where the W5100 Fits
Any Position
Welds horizontal, on an incline, or dead vertical, in position. The joint comes out to spec no matter which way the pipe runs.
Tees and Tight Spots
The removable fourth master clamp lets the W5100 weld tee pieces and work in small, confined spaces. Pull the clamps off the base and it runs repair-style.
Site-Ready Build
Steel frame and base, with a single control box feeding the planer, the heater, and the hydraulics from one 230V supply. One power feed in, everything runs.
The Widos W5100 in Our Fleet
