The Ritmo Elektra 315 is a universal electrofusion processor for joining HDPE with electrofusion couplings, elbows, tees, saddles, and repair fittings up to 315 mm (12″). Instead of facing and pressing pipe ends together, electrofusion uses a fitting with a built-in heating coil, the processor supplies controlled voltage and the fitting fuses itself to the pipe.
That makes it the right tool where a butt fusion machine cannot go: tie-ins to existing lines, repairs on in-place pipe, and tight trenches or vaults where there is no room to set a carriage. Power & Generator
The Elektra 315 runs on standard 110–120V single-phase power, but electrofusion processors pull hard during a fusion cycle, so it needs a dedicated generator with no other tools sharing the circuit. Undersized or dirty power is the most common cause of failed electrofusion joints.
