The Ritmo Delta 500 is a hydraulic butt fusion machine built for large-diameter HDPE, 200 to 500 mm, or 8″ through 20″ pipe. Ritmo builds fusion equipment in Italy, and the Delta line is known for holding alignment and fusion pressure joint after joint. That matters when you are fusing a 20″ main and every joint has to hold.
This is the machine we send out for big-pipe work across the western United States: municipal water and sewer mains, mining slurry lines in Nevada and Arizona, and landfill gas headers from the Pacific Northwest to the Mountain West. If the job calls for large-diameter pipe and a long string of joints, the Delta 500 is sized for it.

Power & Generator
The Delta 500 runs on three-phase power, which on most job sites means a towable three-phase generator. Size the generator for the machine’s full running load, facer, heating plate, and hydraulic unit together, not just the heater.
