The Ritmo Delta 250 is the mid-size workhorse of the butt fusion lineup, covering HDPE pipe from 75 to 250 mm (2½” to 10″). If your work is water and sewer laterals, subdivision utilities, or irrigation mains, this is the size range you live in, and this is the machine built for it.
It is a hydraulic machine, so clamping, facing, and fusion pressure all come from the power unit instead of your back. That means consistent joints on joint fifty just like joint one, which matters when a crew is fusing main all week outside Boise or Bakersfield.
What it handles
- Water and sewer laterals: 4″–10″ municipal laterals, force mains, and tie-ins.
- Irrigation mains: ag and turf mains across Idaho, eastern Oregon, Montana, and the rest of the Mountain West.

Power & Generator
The Delta 250 runs on 230V single-phase power, and a mid-size towable or skid generator in the 6,500–8,000 W range handles the facer, heater, and hydraulic unit comfortably.
