The Ritmo Delta 160 Basic is a compact manual butt fusion machine for HDPE pipe from 40 to 160 mm (1¼” to 6″). Ritmo keeps it simple: a clamp body, an electric facer, and a PTFE-coated heater plate, all light enough for one or two people to carry to the trench and have fusing in minutes.
That size range covers a lot of everyday work in the western U.S.: water and sewer service lines, small distribution runs, and geothermal ground loops, where crews from Washington and Oregon down through Colorado are fusing headers and loop fields all season.
What it handles
- Service lines and small distribution: 2″–6″ water and sewer connections, stub-outs, and repairs.
- Geothermal loops: loop fields, headers, and manifolds for ground-source heating and cooling systems.
- Utility and plant piping: compressed air, process water, and other small-bore HDPE runs.
